Hide your satchel at any time with a single key. A lightweight .asi mod that improves outfit visuals and provides a cleaner, more immersive silhouette.
DESCRIPTION
– This mod allows you to hide your satchel whenever you want.
– It’s a simple change, but it can make a noticeable difference depending on the outfit you’re using — especially if you prefer a cleaner silhouette.
– Some outfits simply look better without it.
– There are already different approaches in the community for hiding it, often through streaming edits, debug tools or larger mods.
– This mod focuses on offering direct, lightweight control through a small .asi system, so you can decide when to use it and when not to.
– Valid for Arthur and John, no matter which satchel they’re wearing.
– Press F8 to hide the satchel.
CONSIDERATIONS
– Please note that some long coats in the game were originally designed around the satchel.
– Because of that, removing it may still result in clipping or minor visual artifacts on certain outfits.
– To restore the satchel, trigger an outfit reload:
– – Re-select your current outfit from your horse, or
– – Re-select your current outfit from a wardrobe
You can also combine this with clothing or streaming mods that improve how certain coats behave without it.
CONFIGURATION
– The mod includes an .ini file in case the default key (F8) conflicts with other mods.
You can change it by editing:
– [Controls]
– ToggleKey=0x77
– (0x77 = F8 using virtual key codes)
