Wash Yourself is an immersive gameplay mod that allows Arthur or John to clean themselves in shallow water while exploring the world. Rivers, lakes, streams, ponds, and other shallow bodies of water can be used to wash away dirt, blood, mud, and grime at any time, without relying on hotel baths.
For balance, washing grants a stamina boost that is limited by a six in-game hour cooldown. This cooldown applies only to the stamina boost, not the washing itself. Visual cleaning remains available at all times. The stamina bonus cooldown is configurable through the ini file.
You can also lower the maximum water depth allowed for the washing scenario if you feel it activates in water that’s too deep.
