Ambient Lawman Riders v2
Adds a relatively low chance of seeing Traveling (Ambient) LAW Enforcement on Horseback in Towns/Outskirts and in the Wilderness.
Created this mod for personal usage as it bothers me that outside of towns, scripted events and law dispatch, the player doesn’t see traveling Lawman in the map (the point of the mod is to at least give some immersion that the Law is visible outside towns and for simplicity sake Pinkerton’s were included too as they are considered Law by the game, they probably are doing their jobs tracking some outlaws right?).

This Mod adds the possibility of seeing LAW Enforcement Individually Traveling on Horseback in Towns, Outskirts of Towns and in the Wilderness.
Town Deputy/Police, Marshall, Soldier and Pinkerton are the variety of LAW Enforcement the player may encounter Roaming/Traveling around.
They are distinguished by the player as LAWMAN, SOLDIER or PINKERTON. They are considered the default LAW Enforcement, therefore they will act against crimes accordingly. This Mod doesn’t alter any LAW Behavior at all.
Follows Region jurisdiction lore of the game. Town specific Lawmen/Police will only appear closer to the Towns they serve, Soldiers around the area of their fort, while Marshalls and Pinkertons doesn’t have restrictions. See locations implemented below (tldr: New Austin region, Butcher’s Valley, Grizzlies West, Guarma and Van Horn were left untouched).
They are Low Possibility to be seen during Daytime, Very Low Possibility to be seen during Dawn/Twilight and Can’t be seen at all during the Night Time. See spoiler below for %.
Follows Ambient Behaviors in Towns so they may stop to wander around available scenario points then leave the town.

If you know how Ambient Gang and Cowgirls Revisioned works then this is the same but just with LAW Enforcement. Also comparing to those mods, this is just a lightweight implementation as it uses Vanilla LAW Peds and their default outfits/loadouts, other stuff that those 2 mods brings such as custom ped outfits/loadouts, behavioral and relationship changes with the player and other factions, those were not touched at all by this mod.
Recommended to use with Horse Speed Variety so player may see them either traveling at the default speed or galloping (maybe to catch some Outlaws or get some backups?!)

Download and Extract the zip file to your RDR2/lml Directory (…/Red Dead Redemption 2/lml)
Compatibility:
Important> The mod utilizes popgroups.ymt and popcycle.dat so it is straight-up not compatible with mods that uses the same file. Search in your lml folder for these files to check if you have mods that utilize them before attempting to install this mod.

No plans in creating a merge for Ambient Gang (relationship factor between Outlaw and Law that can break immersion)

spawn rate probability: Day=5-10%, Dawn/Twilight=5%, Night = 0%.
This simple mod utilizes the games native ped spawn system via popgroups/popcycle hence the chances of seeing the Lawman/Pinkerton Rider are at random and at the hands of the engine, no additional spawns and spawn points added in the locations meaning this shouldn’t add to the cause of the dreaded spawn issues.
