Loot Rewards Rebalance v0.8
Rebalances the Loot Rewards for Looting Peds / Beating Peds / Robbing Shops / Robbing Coaches / Robbing Banks / Bounty Hunting
This is a rebalance that raises and extends range of the loot rewards:
Drop Rate changed from %100 (makes Ped wallets more broke/rich)
(RESTORED, too difficult to keep finding Peds with money)
Cash Value Range
(Extended the price range so wallets/registers/bounties have more variation)
Special Peds
-Some Peds now have different loot. (will keep updating).
-The Vampire now has a vast amount of Loot. Run it and see what Riches the Undead have.

Replace these files in other mods.
